Short history of the Pyramids Lodge
The founding members were
Brother R. C. Thompson C.P,
Brother D. E. Dunlop C.P,
Brother R Whitby K.O.M
Brother C. R. Matthews R.O.H.
The Lodge started life in Egypt.
From 21st April 1954 to 1963. (Egypt)
They move to Aden South Arabia
From 1963 to 1967.
26th November 1967 the Lodge came to Portsmouth
Where it has been ever since.
The first Secretary was Bro E. Parker R.O.H.
The First Treasurer was Bro G. Parsons C.P.
The Lodge celebrated 40Yrs in Portsmouth on the 25th November 2007, with a Millennium Dinner for our 2000th Meeting.
